The resort is ideally located right on the beach, providing easy access to the sandy shores and beautiful ocean views. Guests can relax comfortably on the beach, enjoying the serene atmosphere and feeling like they are in a sanctuary away from the world. The rooms are spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff's exceptional service is evident in their proactive approach to fulfilling guests' needs, such as finding a new spot by the pool or providing sunscreen when it is unavailable at the hotel.

The front desk's lack of promptness in answering phone calls from the rooms needs improvement.

The beach was amazing - pristine and beautiful. We had a great time lounging and swimming there. Another positive aspect was the relaxed and laid-back atmosphere of the resort. It was the perfect place to unwind during the holidays. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions in the area. We were able to explore nearby towns and enjoy the local culture.

We were disappointed with the lack of personalized and welcoming service from the front desk staff. It felt impersonal and distant.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Mexican and international options. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, from beach to pool. Proactive staff noticed windy weather and arranged seats. Manager apologized for lack of sunscreen and sent us a new one. Sotavento restaurant hosted us perfectly. Warm surprise by Mariana, making the trip unforgettable. Lagoon view rooms are amazing with multiple pools. Bike rides to the beach are fun. Delicious food at the restaurants. Comfortable and well-equipped suites. Best showers ever.

The staff at Andaz Mayakoba were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The facilities were amazing, providing a tranquil sanctuary for our family. We loved the ease of getting around the resort with various options like walking, cycling, golf carts, and ferries. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family.

We felt very lucky during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

This hotel offers a luxurious vacation experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service and spa center were exceptional, and we made use of the sauna and outdoor swimming pool. the beauty treatments, body wraps, and full, body massage were all top, notch. the sun terrace and beach access were perfect for relaxation. the restaurant and poolside snack bar were always available, and we loved trying the special diet menus. the private facilities were outstanding, and we enjoyed in, room breakfast every morning, which was always delicious.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the staff could be more welcoming and overly helpful.
